<p>Jennifer Love Hewitt&#8217;s diet consists of meals that only add up to around 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day, which is adjusted accordingly as weight is removed.</p>
<p>For breakfast, Jennifer eats fresh fruits and a cup of yogurt, giving her the energy she needs to start her day.</p>
<p>Mid morning and afternoon snacks include an apple, and a tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter, or cheese cubes with 2-3 cups of mixed greens.</p>
<p>Lunch includes fresh turkey sandwiches with organic lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.</p>
<p>Dinner is usually composed of roasted chicken breast or fish, and steamed vegetables.</p>
<p>In order to help regulate her cravings, she does not stock up on food and snacks on her fridge. Usually, her fridge only contains food enough to last a couple of days, and fatty treats are kept out of sight, if at all.</p>
<p>She also knows that diet, while useful, is not enough to properly lose the fat, and keep it off. She does simple cardio exercises that almost anyone can do, which includes jumping rope, running (both forwards and sideways, either on a treadmill or on a sidewalk). Toning exercises include one arm military presses using 18 pound bells, bicep curls, single leg touchdowns, and full body planks, all done within 45 minutes regularly each week.</p>
<p>The key to Jennifer Love Hewitt&#8217;s fitness program is focused toning. Even without the help of her trainer, her workout sessions are composed of exercises that efficiently target and tone each portion of the body, allowing her to expend the least amount of effort with the best results.</p>

Like most people, she tried more than one diet plan, one of which was a Mediterranean weight loss diet plan that has become quite popular. As the name suggests, it is mainly based on recipes from Mediterranean countries such as Italy and Greece. Most of these recipes make use of eating fish on a regular basis, as well as fruits and vegetables, and using only healthy oils such as olive oil and canola oil.</p>

She also does strength training at least thrice a week to build lean muscle and increase the rate of fat burning.</p>

<p>Harley Pasternak, New York Times best selling author and Lady Gaga&#8217;s fitness trainer, divulged his 5-factor diet plan, which is three meals and two snacks consisting of high fiber, healthy proteins and fats, and lowfat protein.</p>
<p>Lady Gaga herself explained to an interview with the Daily Telegraph that she does not eat any bread at all, just vegetables, fish, and salad, which she finds better and more fit for her lifestyle, perfect for Lady Gaga&#8217;s weight loss plan.</p>
<p>But this isn&#8217;t where it ends. Lady Gaga&#8217;s fitness plan includes an exercise program which is a 25 minute long combination of strength and cardio exercises. Perhaps the most noticeable thing about Lady Gaga&#8217;s body is her killer abs, which is always shown in her music videos. She revealed on The Today Show that this was achieved through a lot of crunches. Crunches like the basic crunch, reverse crunches, and the double crunch exercise, which requires lifting both ends of the body toward the center.</p>
<p>To finish, she uses a exercise equipment that is a combination of barbell and dumbbell she brings along in her travels. She does a circuit of three exercises with 25 reps for each set. She does dumbbell back rows, then dumbbell deadlifts, then side bends, ending with skipping rope exercises.</p>
<p>It is this combination of the right food, the right exercises, and the right equipment that gives Lady Gaga&#8217;s workout plan the ability to burn the fat.</p>

But when asked what she has done, she simply stated that she didn&#8217;t even try to lose weight, and just ended up cutting the sugar from her diet.</p>
<p>She said she read a book from author Gillian McKeith, titled “You Are What You Eat”, which promises a “slimmer, healthier, and happier you”, to help her with her weight loss routine.</p>
<p>The book educates readers about the benefits that can be attained just by simply adjusting the diet, which includes preventing 1/3 of possible cancers, decreasing the tendency to have depression and mood swings, increasing the immune system to protect one&#8217;s self from colds, flu, and other sicknesses.</p>
<p>It also contains tips on what to reduce, cut out, and avoid. These include coffee, red meats, dairy goods, foods that have been fried, alcohol, and sugar. It is these tips that Kelly Rowland has followed, although she admits that for the most part, it&#8217;s only the sugar that she has cut out completely. And after just a few months, she has lost 10 pounds just from removing sugar from her diet.</p>
<p>Although, it is safe to assume that she is also living a more active lifestyle than most average people. Being part of Destiny&#8217;s Child, who is known equally for their dancing and singing, required Kelly to be very fit in order to execute the intricate dance moves of their songs. And because she is now a R&amp;B star in her own right, dancing is probably still in her list of very frequent activities.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, Kelly Rowland&#8217;s weight loss routine is something that can be followed by anyone, simply by starting with reducing sugar in the diet.</p>

<p>She&#8217;s doing this by committing to a fitness program, and sticking to a strict regiment of nutritious but still delicious food, as per recommended by her nutritionist. What&#8217;s amazing about this celebrity weight loss plan, is that Chelsea Handler was just like any normal woman, who loves eating mac and cheese and the occasional bag of potato chips, and her road to weight loss is something that is reachable by the average person.</p>
<p>Her fitness regiment is composed of Pilates exercises, which she finds gentle, yet effective, and best of all, not boring. This in addition to running and other cardio-vascular exercises, make her work out diverse, exciting, and prevents her from getting burned out. Pilates, she says, is much more fit for her mind and body, because yoga took too long with little results, and the regular gym exercises bored her long enough that she lost interest.</p>
<p>She combines this with her diet that is light, fibrous, high protein, low calorie, yet still delicious and nutritious. A typical day for Chelsea Handler consists of a breakfast of oatmeal with ground flax seeds, a midmorning snack of turkey salad, a light sushi for lunch, and a turkey meat loaf and green salad for dinner. </p>
<p>She admits to having to exert effort in maintaining the discipline required for this regiment, but shares that once she got used to her weight loss and diet plan, it became easier and easier to do. In fact, it even reached a point that she realized that she didn&#8217;t want to go back to some of her fatty foods.</p>
