who can play many different roles. Her lithe body, topped with large natural breasts has become the object of men’s fantasies, and women’s envy. However, not too long ago photos of Jennifer on the beach with cellulite, excess fat, and sagging skin were released on TV and on the internet, causing quite a stir and a lot of criticism.

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s diet consists of meals that only add up to around 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day, which is adjusted accordingly as weight is removed.
For breakfast, Jennifer eats fresh fruits and a cup of yogurt, giving her the energy she needs to start her day.
Mid morning and afternoon snacks include an apple, and a tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter, or cheese cubes with 2-3 cups of mixed greens.
Lunch includes fresh turkey sandwiches with organic lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.
Dinner is usually composed of roasted chicken breast or fish, and steamed vegetables.
In order to help regulate her cravings, she does not stock up on food and snacks on her fridge. Usually, her fridge only contains food enough to last a couple of days, and fatty treats are kept out of sight, if at all.
She also knows that diet, while useful, is not enough to properly lose the fat, and keep it off. She does simple cardio exercises that almost anyone can do, which includes jumping rope, running (both forwards and sideways, either on a treadmill or on a sidewalk). Toning exercises include one arm military presses using 18 pound bells, bicep curls, single leg touchdowns, and full body planks, all done within 45 minutes regularly each week.
The key to Jennifer Love Hewitt’s fitness program is focused toning. Even without the help of her trainer, her workout sessions are composed of exercises that efficiently target and tone each portion of the body, allowing her to expend the least amount of effort with the best results.
